Welcome winter with this cheerful wall hanging.  The finished size is 12" X 20", a small size with a big greeting.  Easy fusible applique and some piecing make this a quick and easy project.  It would be fun to add some bling to the snowflakes with sequins, rhinestones or some other glitter.
